The Othello Museum

Mattel

Description
Spear's and Mattel are often two names for the same brand or, anyway, publish the same boards. This is quite a good board, and is as far as I know the first restyling for the board I named Spear's. Personally I still prefer flat boards over this kind of framed ones, for this reason I gave just 3 stars for usability.

Discs missed in this version the diversity between black and white, introduced in the Spear's version for blind people.

The board of the picture box is still another restyling: it has the Othello mark on the left, while in the Graphic Set the mark is centered. I believe that the board of the photo with the box is the same as Spear's Graphic Set, but with new discs, while the Graphic Set depicts a restyled board with similar box and equal discs. They made really a lot of restylings recently.
